you do not look true that you are working in this organisation, if you are really working with this organisation, So why are you working there if you are not satisfied? You don't get the job elsewhere, or you don't deserve better than this. You must have been told about the working hours before joining, now why are you complaining? I am sure that would have been told to you from the very first day; also you have mentioned good skill development; it is starting of your job, you are learning even then you are complaining, a thankless complainer will always learn to complain in his life, but a doer will always do will always be thankful & never complain. 1500 people are working in this organisation, and a few like you say nothing is good, so should we believe 1500 people or only you? The entire ambition box is filled with complaints against 99% of companies. No one in India is satisfied with his job, even people don't have one, so one should always be thankful that I have a job and can improve my mentality. This platform is meant only for nuisances. If you are not a robot or fake internet phishing, and if you are working in this organization, reach HR and talk to them, they will comfort you.
