If you are a fresher , go with it, it teaches the fresher much more than he can expect. No doubt this company is excellent when it comes to culture, salary, experience, learnings appraisal etc. Everything is i would say good.

Dislikes

Senior level management(Institutional business-PAN India) doesn't know the ground reality they just relax in office with high packages and pressurise executives only. They don't know anything about system although they are senior.
