It was a great pleasure to work with dish hospitality Pvt Ltd. As it was a sister company of deewan housing finance co. And mr Nadeem dalvi was as a V. P their which was my ex operations manager at Thakkers hospitality Pvt Ltd. But the marketing and business development team was not much capable, i tried toake them concious on some topic, as mr Rishi sunak made Liz, but nobody applied my conditions, and finally I quit the job and found that dish hospitality Pvt Ltd has to suffer a lot finally closed down. As I said above that the marketing and business development team was not capable, all the issue starts with a wrong decision, the calculation went wrong which made the company collapse.

Work policy: It was after duty at home if I get a call from some of my staff or superior i responds and manage some time I have to visit that site physically to solve the matter or issue
