Training was good and the senior employees were good but now no one senior is there.

Dislikes

If you can work like slave you can work here. No one sees your dedication to your work. No one sees your efforts to your work. Management listen to only one person and if you are good for that person you can easily work there but if you have an argument with that person you have to forcefully sign your resignation letter. If you arenot working on that way which is decided by that person then also you will be fire....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
