I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

overall it's a nice place to start your career. I don't find any bigger point to dislike their working style. So, it was a nice experience for me.

I worked their as a UI Developer. They helped me allot to enhance my technical skills. In short superb guidance and friendly people.
