One of the worst concern in a hospitality industry, no job sec, no week off, work time above 12 to 15hours per day, no OT,no ESI pay slip and incentive and etc.... they I'll detuct the PF insurance and everything but I'll never pay or show those detalis...

Management are very worst they never ever care for the staffs, cus most of the management are uneducated people...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst workplace for anyone to start their career. No work ethics and no professionalism. No proper system and management available. Very cheap politics between all departments and there is no proper facilities or basic requirements provided for the staffs. No respect and value for the employee welfare. No proper appraisals and benefits
