Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are very very good.

It gives you opportunity to serve in projects that impact day to day life of normal citizens who commute daily on public transit.

Dislikes

Senior people who sit in their own cabins think of people serving under them with serious doubts on their skills. These people do not want new projects especially it challenges their much deteriorated & almost untested skill level. These same people make DIMTS a place with very high political culture. Worked as part of a same IT project for over 5 years with absolutely no challenge provided. No technology roadmap or Product road map. Didn't see any new project being won as senior management getting great salary and already enjoying retirement.
