Worst company, They behave like a general store...No career growth...Salary never comes on time....Very poor work environment...I will never recommend to anyone to join this company...If you will resign from this company they will not give you the salary and your bonus. Even HR does not respond to the queries.

They will keep your salray range high so as to not switch the company. It will lead to firing one day so that you have to leave them when you dont have project.

Be ready to be fired anytime. Only developers with 2 to 5 years can survive here. Late disbursement of salary and poor management. I have seen many victims in my 4 years with diksha. I had 12 plus years experience. One day i myself was a victim. No training. No growth. Management form a key friend everywhere and it leads to mislead people. It will be really hectic. There is no consideration even if you are not well. There is no process. Management doesnt know how to handle clients. They dont support employees. I have worked 3 continuous day and night for a specific project multiple times.
