Absolutely pathetic! -They have just one client and that's Airtel. Diksha hires people and send to Airtel - and simply forgets them. HRs never ever listen to employee queries. -Delay in variable pay for months and months - No work life balance - Management & HRs are just busy increasing number of headcount to make more money from Airtel and not caring at all about the people

Compensation is decent on paper but getting your bonus is really hard. Q1 bonus gets paid in Q4 that too after to many emails and follow ups. No Job security. There is only one client company works for so you have least number of opportunities in terms of technical growth.

Almost nothing in this company is worth working for.

First of all the company is just provides staffing solution so whatever you want to achieve isn't possible as it is completely dependent on the client company you are working for. As for me I was at Bharti Airtel of which let me be brutally honest both Diksha and Airtel as a company to work for are a complete waste of time. Airteldoesn't care if you have a life or not and Diksha won't do anything to fix things as you are at a client's location whatever the client says you have to do. Be it working till 4 a.m in the morning or be it 6 p.m on a weekend if they need you be ready to run to office anyday 24x7. Diksha salaries are on time most of times but you won't receive quarterly bonuses ever on time. You have to call them thousand times. Yearly increments are well never ever been on time till date. Increments are very less as you are at the client location and client well doesn't care much.
