Appraisals aren't good enough. Managers would start calling out the shortfalls around appraisals time... otherwise those managers would appreciate your work ... They play mind games to demotivate an employee

Likes

Good company with limited but educated staff. Mr. Neeraj Gupta Lead technical manager is a workohorlic person there very serious about his work, he working style is different though one definitely learn from him and get a technical person if he/she work with him dedicatedly. Definitely work this organisation again if get chance.

Dislikes

some may get pressurised sometime due to which work life balance get disturbed.

Work Details

Work policy: May work from if manager allow and in case if urgency.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
