Everything. I joined as an associate application developer. Though i lived in digitas for only 3 months, but i learnt a lot. I worked on Android applications. You will get mac book pro with touch bar, amazing environment, PlayStation, tt. During parties , bear, and nice food will be provided. All team mates live like a family. No rudeness, no attitude in senior employees. Also you will work on latest technology, work from home is also available, and you will work with people having 15+ years of experience....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
