Good Brands The teams are structured properly

Dislikes

There is a lot of bullying and harassment from multiple teams and upper management. There is no work-life balance and people are expected to work till 5 in the morning sometimes. The upper management does not involve HR and uses excuses like people will lose their job, even if the employee's mental health is affected.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
