The work culture and the exposure was good

Dislikes

Somedays you'll have to work continuously for 12 hrs. I have even slept in the office and worked the next day too. Salary is credited 20th every of month. Supposing you join the company on Aug 1 2019, you'll receive your full Salary on Sept 20, 2019. If you join on Aug 20, 2019, you'll receive only 10 days Salary on Sept 20.

Work Details

When the project with a client ended around 35 of us lost Jobs and there was no job security. This company is best at work theft. In my contract they asked me to work 7 days a week

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
