• There is no job security. I received a call that company has decided not to continue with your employment and you have to resign. They won’t give you a reason and just end your employment. • I asked my manager Sana Naaz and she said she don’t know anything. Only HR will get in touch with you. She is not at all supportive and helpful. • The Editors are so rude and not helpful. Preeti Deepa Dash is one of the editors (now Assistant Manager) who talks negative about the content team and that’s the reason why content writers are loosing their job. I recommend not to join this company and work with Sana Naaz and Preeti. They will ruin your work life balance. • They delayed my FNF and experience letter. According to company policy, I should receive the same withing 45 days but they will start the process after 45 days. HR Shalu will not respond to you regarding your FNF and experience letter. I tried calling her multiple times but there was no response. • I highly recommend not to join Digital Web Solutions as HR, editors, and managers are not supportive and there is lot of office politics. I worked her for quite a while and it's definitely going to be a highlight of my career as a writer. I learned much from the seniors and the work-life balance is spot on. I started with very little experience but came out with a vast knowledge bank. Plus the management is lovely and always ready to help.
