I've been working here for 2 years, the management is really supportive in terms of work. We are given moderate targets which can be easily achievable. Good incentive structure. Management takes us for parties and team lunch every month. Best place I've worked until now

There is no work life balance. Manager constantly calls after work hours. No proper HR to listen to grievance. The company is full of interns since no full timer is interested to work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
