HR Policy is very open in Digital Aptech, unlike other companies in Kolkata, they understand employees problem and try to co-operate with each employees. They give opportunities and value to the performers. They provide excellent Appraisals or increments.

The owner MR Rajiv Ghosh is a mad person. He takes decisions without any analysis. His full time work is to check and reply to the negative reviews even after knowing that they are doing utterly wrong and playing around with candidate’s career ! No HR policies are there. They just hire and fire. ;">They don’t have any tool or parameters to judge performance of an individual but very reluctantly they call someone non productive within 15 days. I have been 5 years with this company, and I must say we have a great team and equally good teammates. Most Importantly there is no gender discrimination I have faced so far.

Dislikes

The appraisal system should be more clear as a employee you should know about your performance graph. Their is no extra benefit other than WFH.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
