There's been great support from the senior management. They push you to develop your skill sets and keep working simultaneously. Work life balance is good.

As a fresher, starting my career at Digital Academy 360 was the right step for me. Not only was my knowledge appreciated but I never felt that because I was a fresher I wasn't good enough. Supportive and encouraging are the 2 words that come to mind when talking about Digital Academy 360. I joined this company during the pandemic, the onboarding process was seamless and though I didn't meet anyone from the team for 6 months I was still able to connect and build a relationship with them.

I really appreciate the support I received at Digital Academy 360. I had just had my first child a few months before joining here and was happy with my decision to do so. The team was very accommodating and understanding of my personal responsibilites. I am so glad to have been a part of DA360.
