I joined this company during the pandemic, the onboarding process was seamless and though I didn't meet anyone from the team for 6 months I was still able to connect and build a relationship with them.

A thing that I realised when I started working at DA360 is that while the end goal is about getting results the company first and foremost focuses on encouraging their employees to do their best, which inturn will reflect in the end result.

The thing I love the most working with Digital academy 360 is the vibes. Everyday meetings are scheduled to make sure every task is assigned to everyone. Proper training is given about the particular work if at all I don't know. The management is great and well organized. The CEO of the company is a gem of a person who always gives confidence while working and tells me to learn more skills and always guides the right way and very supportive.
