I really appreciate the company culture and growth opportunity Digit provides. Also people here are friendy, supportive and collaborative. I've been really impressed with the company's commitment to innovation and its strong focus on customer satisfaction.

There's nothing that i dislike about the job in particular but I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work that I do. I know people with the same designation in my company or in other companies with same experience are earning better. I assure you that i discussed with my manager about the raise in the salary but it didn't bring any positive results.

Proud to be work as Digitian. Company is quite aggressive which is good. Overall company has made their strong space in such competitive mkt. Moreover, company is following Go Green concept i.e. paper less company which helps to support environment. Company is coming with new concepts / New innovative products which made insurance very simple.
