I loved to go there every day to work because of stress free environment by to faculty and staff over there.. has a great experience with digiperform.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Management was just so stupid.. nthng was manageable and the way they fire anyone in one min only.. if they decide that you are not good fit for company. They will just call you and tell you one day that you don't have to come from today onwards.

Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
