None. They build apps which are carbon copy of Zoho, Linkedin, Oracle, SAP, google and any big company. No originality in ideas. They are borrowed from established companies.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time. Some people are owed 3 mths salary. People are not offered their relieving letter if they resign for non payment of salary. Most of them have not received their salary slip. A terrible work culture of shouting, shaming, blame games. High employee turnover. Though there were no redundancies due to corona, at the same time employee salaries have not been paid. Other than heavy work load don't expect any benefits from this company....Read More

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
