There is bond of 2 years before you can't resign & whichever amount is to be deducted around 2 years will be refunded to you after 3 years .... means ... ultimately your bond will be 3 years...

The job is quite interesting ...I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Slowly I learnt everything about the job & responsibilities..

Job security is 100% in this company. Teammates are supportive & management also good. Not good environment in company. Company policies are not good for employees & not giving the salary hike as much need of expectations .

Carrier Growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before we cannot resign & Rs.2000 deduction in per month in 2 year bond...& it will deposited after completion of 3 yeas in company.....
