Job is quite interesting!! I struggled a bit in the initially as there was not proper documentation. Technically I learnt a lot. Few equipment was new for me, I got a chance to wear multiple hats.

This is applicable for all real estate developer organisations barring one or two who are systems and process driven.Most of these organisations believe in GRAB MONEY CINCEPT rather than GROW MONEY CONCEPT. No job security.Too many power centres.Merit depends upon how much mask acting one can do.No training to enable uplifting of skills.Hardly any welfare.Yes men receive under the table. Poor pay and is NOT BASED ON THE QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE.Employer talks about CTC which is something they manipulate, e.g., transfer to group organisations which have no PF etc. Some of the Enters are rude and I'll mannered.Employees are forced to digest for fear of losing jobs...Read More
