Line manager and executer part is very slow managers overloaded the subordinate and mis behave with the female employee There is no respect for the telented person and experienced person Only person consider cluster head line manager favourite I have total 6 yrs experience but still I'm offrole employee many opportunities open related to my role but there is favoritism consider even they have not experience of relevant field they don't know nothing ( no interview) And end the end they said u r not capable But given lot of pressure .......Read More

Partiality Kari jati hai , selected logo ko hi promotion and aage laya jata hai jo, hardwork talent aur experience nai dekha jata Vacancy kuch niklti hai aur non experience Wale candidate ko hi aage kiya jata hai ,kyuki wo unit head ke aage no.
