Joining this workplace was my only worst decision that I still regret.

I won’t be giving a long review, but honestly saying, I just hate talking about this place, the work culture, the work, and the people with whom I had worked. Nothing is good. Company is filled with negativity. Today, when I look back, I still regret my decision, and still question myself as why I joined this company?

Company has nothing to do with the pros part as it doesn’t have any.

Dislikes

Work hard for extra hours, stay in their good books, bear mental harassment, work in a repulsive work culture and after all this, get paid low, which even is never on time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
