DHL is a biggest company in Asia, I like a system learned,with formula & there is a good management and discipline and we can learn daily new work like picking, packing, grn, put away

What I have seen here in dhl supply chain ( BSC ) skilled people are on same position and who ever runs behind reporting manager they get promoted without any skills and knowledge.

Nothing is like here, senior management or seniors not supportive, all treat you like a daily labour, Third party payroll is a fraud here because no one care your time support no one responsible for salary, experience letter, PF everything.

This is two type Job 1. On roll, 2 is third party if u join as a third party payroll than your life is like a labour, all senior Abhijeet, Tikam, Suhas, Neeraj, Hardik all play with your life, no leave, no salary, nothing is I wested here 1 year I suggest you join anywhere but not join DHL as a third party payroll.

I like the processes being followed and the job satisfaction provided.

There is no appreciation for good work and people are expected to go above and beyond foregoing personal life to achieve work and targets but appreciation goes only for people who are in the good books of the managers. There is also no transportation facility provided for the people which basically takes all of my time going from office to home and vice-versa.
