Working Culture, Company focuses on employee to the level best. 5/5 on that. Too many Rewards (obviously In Kind and not in hand/cash 🤭)

Dislikes

The Management. Two Months Notice Period. If one wants to get promoted one has to give more time to the company than ones family, regardless of knowledge or skillset. Operations department has less respect and even less pay as compared to other departments.

Fantastic Company to work with, the work environment was fabulous, helps in the overall growth and training of the employees, 8hrs working was one of best factor in DHL
