Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. My Review is for DHL GSC Centre Vikhroli Mumbai, Not for DHL main office. DHL main office e.g. Supply chain is awesome company to work with as my friend loved to work there. Even I would love to go for Supply chain or DHL Main office but DHL GSC Centre is not so good.

DHL GSC is like working for prison. Management wants to try every other option to check on employees, make them frustrated and leave the job as soon as possible.
