No Job Security, Full Politics, No Recognition for Sincere and Hardworking Employees, No Promotions, No Appraisals, No Employee Benefits, No Insurance Coverage, No Skills Development, all these factors Company under NCLT. This is what I experienced in this Company since last 16 years. And I resigned from the company due to NCLT. I didn't get my Gratuity and Bonus and also 2 years of PF not Paid.

Present the company is under NCLT, to beg our salaries every month even though we don't get. Hence left the company. For 25 years of service my ctc is 5 lakhs and no promotion due to work politics.
