Good working environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good compensation as per employee capability and experience.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, hustle free beginning with great joining induction and formal training. Till date I learned a lot on the job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The infrastructure of company is world class. Rest all the things is just OK. Work Culture- Very Old tactics, You can not even connect with other department people just because they have safety issues of data sharing its will stop the new learning without knowledge sharing. Management - Likes only hard worker not smart people work here comfortably or you can say old employees who are working more than 10+ years they don't want any kind of changes only because of their job safety due to which newly comers or young blood who joined this organisation are not able to survive even more than one year, Company Policies - Travel and benefit policies is very bad they even not provide money to eat good food while travel. Career Growth & Opportunities - I just say never come if you are young blood otherwise you will become disable due to no new work opportunity and learning. Company need huge improvement in technology in all department, and also need to hire new people, what i observe in company the people who spent 5+ years they are in to comfort zone and they can easily divert the senior. Salary structure is not updated with market trends so company loose the better candidate</mark>. There is no outing for team for stress management. I am in to HR, My performance was really good and team is very much supportive. But parallel to my team i also observe people what they are doing and by which way they are doing and what out put and cost they use that is very disappointed.

Not given any training to the teams, work environment & work life were not good.

Dislikes

Compensation was decent, but behaviors of seniors were not good towards the team members. There is no on-job training for the employees.

Work Details

My work is very challenging as I have to look after the Greater Noida locations. Greater Noida is sensitive area & there is no transportation facility right now.
