No work life balance. Superior only need late night work and Sat Sun work. He saying if you are not doing job like this then you are not doing properly work. You just doing clerical work only. And also you your work is best then you will not get promotion till 3 year even if you desrve.

Overall company culture is very good.. Management is excellent...corporate HR is supportive. However the plant heads are worthless... Just seating in the AC cabins and playing blame games.

Managers Don't wants to Grow new talents they don't even Likes new person who are better than them the only want to show how they are beneficial to company even they are On retirement age don't want cross any one. If u join forgot that u have doing only job think that ur mortgage to them forgot family and ur mind also. U don't need ur mind while manager are talking. They always tries to bite u and press u. Don't join if u want Peace in Life. No one support u but evey one blame you.
