There is no specific offs in the week. Sometimes I had to work for 2 months without a single off, not even on weekends. Also the work timings were stretched to 12-14 hours on some days. In spite of over achieving my targets, I did not get an appraisal. At times, products are faulty so there are good incentives to sell them.
