Very pathetic and terrible experience there is no surety of your job when ever management want they through you from company without any information and apart this they are take forcefully regionation and after that neither you get your last month salary nor full and final payment....

This was a new company with lots of aspiration not lots of opportunities on job role front and company has stop sourcing of their segment for which we were removed from job as they stopped sourcing of loan.

Yes boss culture to an extent. Regular late workings no appreciations for good work. Work is culture poor. Roles not defined properly. No employee benefits
