I like nothing about indiabulls. stupid politics ,no job security ,if u r not doing buttering of ur manager then he can fire u within min ,even upper level manager do nothing for u ,even they will not listen u , they can spoil ur future very easily, managers wording for his team like Abe tu sab gadhe ho ek min mein nikalvadunga n all

Facilities are not attractive. Actually it depends from place to place. First I was in Mumbai where everything from top to bottom was systematic n appreciating. When I joined in jaipur it was just opposite

Main thing to highlight about working with IndiaBulls Ventures was the people at the work place is very cooperative and helping. Incentive based sales was an added advantage with the compensation for the job. The only thing is the performance pressure and target achievement which is hampering new entrants in the business.
