Nothing to like working with indiabulls venture. Very pathetic and terrible experience there is no surety of your job when ever management want they through you from company without any information and apart this they are take forcefully regionation and after that neither you get your last month salary nor full and final payment....

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
