After implementing lackdown in march....IVL has announced salary deduction irrespective of cadre which was not done in any of Bank/NBFCs.

Dislikes

IVL has removed hundreds of people with out notice/compensation which forced employees to default in their loans/committments.

Work culture is good but employee benefits is poor. Very good fundamental company and security wise company is good for employees and clients... Middle management and lower level management is running with local politics...

Dislikes

Don't expect growth wise factors and salary structure is worst and politics are common in corporate companies and no knowledge improvement and work life in company is not good may be they are taken some corrections in company structure...
