They will teach you that's it . You can gain knowledge...if you going position..if they say after 6 months they will give ...don't ever go it's a dram ...no peace ... Not even once in a month you can leave the office on time ...Mysore dgs is disgusting due to santhoshayya .... Leaves and he will take when ever he wants ..ever month p ermission pakka he will take without miss but for us no permission...senior modeller are doing outsourcing job like ravendra and lokesh ...his work and will be shared to us ...bec he will doing his personal work..that to inside office system only...hike is very very less as if we working in production field ... Editor means fix ...no next position will be promoted...i have sawrn people even after 4 years also they will be in editing only with a max of 20k salary...same applicable for other role also ...no designation will be given ...since i have been from another company...my old company was far better ... Once upon a time thier was Hitler ..now in this company we have santhoshayya and Anil ... Brothers of Hitler... If you having health issue ... He will check with thermometer and then he will say yes ..if inform him he will say i can't agree to your leaves and that would be LOP if you have leaves also since bec Hitler will reject your leaves ..even Sundays also late night stretch we have done ..it's common but till next day morning till 10. T narispura batch has internal politics between them don't atter a word </mark>...all are IT people they are senior people over thier ... Bec same family runs ... A team .. disgusting company... Ask any one ..please don't join this disgusting company... Most of all shipments will be on Friday bec it will go till sat morning 11 ..next week that can say that last week we have gave holiday... For that reason...butler English his personal silly love stories and all i have heard ... While he simphony Max all stood and clapped for him he will say with proud ... There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.there is a bond of 2years before which you can't resign the job.PF share they do not paid from one year.

No job security. Bad work environment and culture.Teammates are non supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not so good. appraisals are not fair and they do not giving good salary hike every year as per the work hours.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics, egos and the management doesn’t address our issues. career growth is slow. Lot of communication issue.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting! Every project had challenging work. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
