Very Good brand and consumer Pull . Very good Factory/Plant . Good quality products

Dislikes

Management do not have any strategy to grow the business . Very fickle minded people at Top Management and killing the brand image . Also not very transparent

Management is really good and take care of their employees, good work culture and secure job, no one will ask you to leave the organization under any circumstances.

Dislikes

everything is good in this organization but need to take extra care on growth path of employees.

Not a good place to be here.. New management really clueless..

Dislikes

Work life balance, No Support to sales team, No Covid supports, TA-DA Policy sucks

Work Details

Nothing can be said good or comparatively good compare to other peer companies. HR works in silos & come every 15 days with a new policy which changes nothing in life of sales person. Worst department is HR in DFM, They donot have any clue in any head.
