You have answers same thing to different people again n again every time you see the patient even after uploading patient data in a centralised software where they can see each and everything. Being a startup, learning opportunities are high as nobody knows anything here. You end up learning and doing things by yourself.

The company suffers from poor work-life balance and inefficient resource utilization. The office timings are not fixed, and even the founders show up after 2 pm. Female employees are not treated with respect and are often demeaned with no maternity benefits. The company hires and fires employees without proper reasoning. If you perform well, they will make you work more without increasing your pay. The company has a history of making false promises to employees regarding ESOPs without providing any documentation. There is no clarity on variable pay, and employees have to inquire about it themselves. That is pitiful. Even when you are working with them or an ex-employee, they treat you poorly in both situations. I've been out of this job for more than five months, yet I still haven't received my earned leaves amount, EPF contribution deducted from salary but not credited into my EPF account, incentive payments none of these are settled, including my form 16. There is literally no communication at all. All my calls and emails went unanswered by the staff. No business would likely be so busy for five long months, I am certain. Additionally, they had the gall to declare, "We won't pay you a penny, do what u want." This is extremely upsetting and stressful. Never do they treat you kindly. literally everything , everyone in this org are rude especially HR's they simply ingore your problems either when your in organization or after you leave , they dont provide F and F nor any exit documents , when you ask about this they will ask you to pay in return to get documents else do whatever you want.
