About the Role:
- This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Optimization: Map and enhance the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze consumer behavior, feedback, and key metrics to drive insights and improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Process & Strategy Development: Develop and implement frameworks to enhance customer experience, reduce friction, and improve retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to align strategies and improve customer experience
- Technology & Automation: Leverage CRM, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and personalize customer interactions.
Who You Are:
- Strong first principles thinking
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer experience, strategy, or operations roles (preferably in a startup, healthcare, or tech-enabled business)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with CRM, automation tools, and customer feedback systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
