this review is not intended to defame or harm the reputation of the company or its employees. it is purely based on my experience and formed opinion. it felt like they treat employees as they are mere replaceable beings, changed my teams and roles frequently without consenting many times. every time on the same day, you are supposedto start new role immediately, right after a "meeting" excessive sales pressure that led some people i knew, getting sick, physically and mentally (including me) the company hide from employees about its growth and losses, terminate them en masse, and make them suffer to their FNF settlement. (my own experience) The HR department felt like it was unresponsive OR unhelpful (cuz they might say that texting back "ill get you back on this" and never actually doing anything about it is a response, unhelpful might be but infact, a response.) the management felt inexperienced and implemented policies Haphazardly (or atleast that's what we employees thought, we thought what we observed for months) from my perspective, it seemed like the product was not liked very much by the customers, even booking free dental scans was difficult, company tried their best to make it more approachable to the customer base but couldn't succeed. working there was like working in a public bank, where cashier works apathetically, waiting for the clock to strike 5PM. maybe it was just me or maybe it wasn't just me. Dentists were made to do sales, after they complete the free dental scan at Customer's place or the clinic. they were also pressurized. every day dentists would tell me that they are waiting for the month to end or the quarter to end so they can leave, and so did many in the sales team. it was a place that i would not recommend to the people i care about to work at, because not only it was toxic, but very Demanding (often one sided) and unprofessional. That is pitiful. Even when you are working with them or an ex-employee, they treat you poorly in both situations. I've been out of this job for more than five months, yet I still haven't received my earned leaves amount, EPF contribution deducted from salary but not credited into my EPF account, incentive payments none of these are settled, including my form 16. There is literally no communication at all. All my calls and emails went unanswered by the staff. No business would likely be so busy for five long months, I am certain. Additionally, they had the gall to declare, "We won't pay you a penny, do what u want." This is extremely upsetting and stressful. Never do they treat you kindly. The salary they offer for a fresher is good. But don't be fooled just by the offer amount.

No job security - They an remove you with just a week's notice and then don't clear up your balance salary amount. Unresponsive and rude HR- The HR doesn't respond to calls, and when they do they respond in a very unpolite and rude way. Doctors are supposed to be respected and the HR doesn't do justice to this designation. The HR won't even pay the balance amount of salary after promising everything. Write n number of emails and you never get a prompt response from the HR. The company suffers from poor work-life balance and inefficient resource utilization. The office timings are not fixed, and even the founders show up after 2 pm. Female employees are not treated with respect and are often demeaned with no maternity benefits. The company hires and fires employees without proper reasoning.
