MNC like work environment and work culture. Company has the potential to reach newer heights. Ongoing learning is encouraged. Additional responsibility is given to those who are ready to take it. Mentoring is good. Good experience

Work environment is pleasant and productive. Getting to work on many new innovative aspects. Now I am put on certain new responsibilities. Those are challenging but I am enjoying the work process. It’s a new learning experience to me.

Dislikes

Absolutely no cons that I could think of at the moment.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
