I joined Devyani International Ltd with good spirit in myself.

In market, good reputation of Devyani International but i really don't know how and why!? Because in actual it's looking like Mountains are greener on the other side the same pharse you can apply here. Company show employee perks and benefits but they don't give anything in actual to middle management and below anything. They sharedthe actual benefits and perks to higher level employee like in between CEO or COOs etc. There is no appreciation or monetary benefits after you joined and prove your worth. If you are good in relationship with higher management then everything is in favour of you that kind of politics are going on and unfortunately if you raise complaint for that then immediately you are fired from your job for your misbehaviour. If employee dnt leave easily then bosses do mentally harrasment so people leave for their peace of mind that much level of issues and politics are there....Read More
