Things are very disturbed, Don't have any system to escalate communications to down the line. Don't have strong training process Nobody bother to work as per SOP Fastival Holidays, Team outing, Medical benifits, free Transport should be implement/Provide towards down the line

P&L review timing was too early for outside RGM’s consequently they felt sleepy during the review and could not give there 100% As per my perception high volume store’s RGM get promotion soon in comparison to low volume store’s RGM. Whereas RGM should be promoted as per his knowledge and capabilities and how is he handling the restaurant.
