Team mates were good and helpful but top management Is very poor with people practices.

You will not come to know which outlet u r working for. 1 week in one outlet and then next week different outlet . You will not be able to adjust as u don't have enough time. Pathetic work life balance .

Hectic , You will be working as a crew member even if you are at managerial position , due to inadequate staff , hence can't focus on your work for which you are hired. No work life balance.
