No company ethics and culture, people are not treated well, there is no proper communication method, salary very poor, when you resign you have to payout the full gross amount instead of the basic part of the salary. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
