No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.

Lot of scope for improvement in leadership vision.with the directive to reduse cost the head count is targeted . The target is being done towards the wrong population.. the target should be the senior leadership drawing the highest of costs rather than lower levels
