They recruit at the position of HR Recruiter and Business development executive, but here anyone can be HR and BDE No need of interview. But you have to pay 1000 and 4500 for HR and BDE respectively. once you hired your work is to hire another one for the same position and you will get 200 when someone join at position of BDE afterpaying 1000 and all superior gets 10% of that money.
