Likes

I really like working in Desirous Global Consulting, the work culture and management is excellent. I have been working in Desirous from last few months, it is my very honest review that the working environment is fabulous. The directors of the Desirous is very humble to there employees, I really like working with Hemamalini.

Dislikes

There is no any dislikes about the company, There is only one disadvantage i felt till now is entertainment. There is no any fun activity to entertain there employees.

Work Details

I have been joined as a HR trainee in Desirous, and I'm doing end to end recruitment process.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
