Work culture is worst. With 3 years of experience you don't even get 20k salary in net hand. You Have to serve 90days notice period .there is no buyout option so you will struck in here

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not as per market standard & career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.if you resign you've to pay 2lakh rupees.On the job training is not given to new joinees.Technical managers will interference in hr related i ssues....Read More

Just for initial phase of learning, other than that it is fit for nothing. Join if you want to became a slave.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, no hikes, Chennai CAE division naveen thinks he is the ultimate person, he just knows to take cigar for every hour. Management is the worst management. No hikes, no work life balance. They will treat you like a slave and make you work 12 to 13 hour a day.
